He has spent his career leading full-cycle product/business innovation, using both internal resources and independent inventors. He consistently exceeded forecasts for revenue and profit margins on new product lines by utilizing strategic business innovation models. Mr.Pillote is skilled in identifying and managing businesses, operational and product solutions with direct impact on bottom and top line revenues through efficiency, business intelligence, mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. He has a track record in driving profitable growth in challenging, competitive markets, and has demonstrated expertise in building efficient infrastructures and processes to optimize results. Prior to founding  Innovation Transformers, Mr. Pillote was Global Vice President of Equipment, Automation and Integration for Sealed Air Corporation. He also obtained 12 U.S. Patents.
